This license agreement applies to all free and premium products available on CineEye.

This license grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the product (whether a script, preset, LUT, template, or other asset) you have purchased.

This license is valid for a single user and allows installation on up to two personal devices.

You may use CineEye products to create an unlimited number of End Products — including edited videos, designs, or other creative works.

You are allowed to sell End Products that were created using CineEye assets to any number of clients or audiences. However, you are not permitted to redistribute, resell, or share the original CineEye products themselves.
(Example: You can sell an edited video or a visual using our tools, but you cannot sell or distribute the original files, presets, or scripts.)

You cannot incorporate CineEye assets into a product that you sell or share unless users are directed to license the original files directly from CineEye.

Violation of this license will result in immediate termination of your usage rights, and you must delete all CineEye products from your devices.
